Smells a bit mildly like a lambic, funky and slightly acetic, with barnyard notes, horse stable, hay, straw, oaky spice, bready crackery malts, some tart cider, vinous grape, apricot, with floral earthy herbal hops. Tastes like vinous grapes, apricot, tart apple cider, oaky spice, straw, hay, bready crackery malts, some barnyard funk, horse stable, slight acetic vinegar, with floral earthy herbal hops. Feels medium bodied, smooth and round with moderate carbonation. Overall a nice barrel aged golden mixed culture ale.
