On draft, served in a white wine glass. Light straw color, minimal head. Smells of straw, pineapple, white nectarine, with a bit of pungent acidity. Great balance of tartness and sweetness on the palate, plus a hint of earthy funk that didn't come through on the nose.

Collab with Cerebral. Really good, tart Saison, with great hoppy notes.

a delicious dry hopped sour, which is really something these guys have dialed in. its golden in color, a little hazy, and active looking despite not holding on to its head for very long. like a handful of other great hoppy wild beers these guys have done, the hops just burst on the first sniff, so forward and juicy and distinct to the specific hops, although its hard to say what they used in this, it just has a uniqueness, not a generic "dry hoppiness" but a specific flavor that must come from one hop or another. the base beer seems a little fuller bodied than some others, definitely more than just a pale barley malt going on, likely some raw wheat too, its round around the edges. what i like about the wild beers these guys do for the most part is that they have a great mix of saison-esque bretty funk but also a spike of acidity, its really the best of both worlds, and we have that again here. tart to moderately sour on the acidity side of things, farmy and rustic with the brett, it makes this seem old worldy, save for the new school hop profile that finishes it off. nice carbonation and working towards dry, its a darn tasty glass of beer, but maybe a little less compelling than say the ancient bole that features the el dorado hop. these guys are at the top of my list right now!
