cool new one from these guys, still a mixed fermentation brew from what i understand, but its definitely a bit more sour than some of their other recent ones in a similar style, more acidity to finish, but still really delicate and clean at the same time. the hops are mostly dry hopped, and this is a relatively simple beer as far as ingredients are concerned, a couple of varietals, equinox i think, and maybe some mosaic or something too, juicy and fruity with pineapple and green apple and white grape and tangerine nuance, some bitterness and some herbaceous and vegetal elements too, but more in the nose than the flavor, and in some ways the hops are actually mild by the time i am tasting this, which is some time after i first smell it, its so appealing, unique, and mouth watering that i smell and smell before i sip. faint honey and pils type malts, some crackery elements, and very clean in the acidity, lactic and sharp, but not too astringent to still be really drinkable. i really love what these guys are doing, and its cool they keep putting out so many beers. this is a great showcase of these hops, whichever ones they are. keep them coming guys!
