L:. Pours a slightly straw yellow with a small white head and no lacing.

S:. Toasted malt, slight cherry and apricot mixed with some fuzzy fruit and maybe a bit of white wine grapes. Lots going on here but it works.

T:. Slight cherry and apricot, some fuzzy peach and toasted malt, some white wine grapes. Quite complex but very tasty.

F:. Slightly prickly carbonation and medium body.

O:. This is an absolutely fantastic sour.

another mixed culture fruited brew from these guys, a mix of different fruits i suspect, but i didnt get any more information about it when i had the beer. light pink and frosted looking in the glass, rose colored and lightly hazy, short head on it but some tickling fizz when i smell it. cherry i think, that must account for the color, maybe some apricot too, there is a ripe fuzziness about this too, a generic sort of fruitiness that doesnt need dissecting or details to be delicious, interesting that its as sort of fruity as it is without being sweet at all in the taste, its funky and bretty and dry, with just a bit of acidity on the back end washing it clean on the swallow. a little peachy thing going on, maybe a blast of raspberry tang with the yeast element later on, but this doesnt need to be picked apart. the overall beer is nice, drinkable, and interesting, although maybe not quite as developed, nuanced, and refined on the fermentation side as so many of the trve beers in this style have been in the past. i love these guys though, and always get stoked on their new ones. this was on tap at asbury provisions last night.
