Presentation: 375mL brown bottle with no dates. Served in a Rastal Harmony glass.
Appearance: The bubbly, half finger had stays around for a little bit and then goes down into a thin foam layer. It leaves behind a lot of patchy lacing. It's a beautiful, hazy, bright, pure gold color.
Smell: It's fruity at first with hints of tangerines and lemon. It finishes with some earthy, funky, humid oak and herbal notes.
Taste: It's extremely sour and tart. There's a lot of fruit: Lemon, lime, grapefruit, peaches and raspberries. It then moves towards some softer floral notes and a hint of woodsy oak comes through in the background as well.
Mouthfeel: It's medium bodied yet quite crisp and refreshing. It does get cloying after a while however, which is unfortunate. Carbonation is medium-high and it finishes dry.
Overall: It's very complex and rich with character. It gets cloying after a while so this is definitely one to share or enjoy in smaller quantities. It's still and overall great beer that combines two of the best barrel programs in Colorado and maybe even the entire United States.

L:. Pours slightly cloudy lemon yellow with a medium white head and no lacing on the glass.
S:. Sour and acid, notes of sweet citrus and Brett funk, some peach. Seems a bit tame for p a of their sours.
T:. Sour cherry, sone acid, a bit of vanilla, some citrus and Brett funk, a touch of peach. Solid but not earth shattering.
F:. Smooth finish
O:. It's not a bad sour, but I've had much better from TRVE.
