Appearance: Arrives a cloudy honey color with a modest head that leaves spots of lacing
Smell: Apricot tones with a hint of funk
Taste: Tart apricot tones forward with some funk building, in the middle; the apricot builds, after the swallow, along with some oak that lingers into the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: This is a nice apricot wild though I would prefer to see more funk in the profile
