Pale yellow body; very active carbonation; somewhat thin yet lasting and creamy head. Very nice herbal aroma; vinous; white grape; a touch of honey dew melon. Exquisite tastes of mild lemon tartness; honey dew melon; lightly sweet presence of Riesling wine. Medium-light body; citrus tanginess and acidity; semi-sweet.
Perhaps one of the best mixed culture sours I've had from TRVE. I don't really get any cinnamon that they supposedly used, but this light and refreshing beer hits the spot anyway. Incredibly delicate and satisfying.
