From a 16oz can with no date on it.
This beer is slightly murky looking and dark golden pouring. There's a 1 finger white head to this beer with smaller frothy looking bubbles. Decent head retention and some nice lacing on the glass.
Very light malty/biscuit nose. Some cereal notes to this beer.
The beer has a good cereal flavor to it. Lots of malty grain in here. Lots of biscuit flavor here. There's notes of caramel that shine through. There's a light hop bitterness to the backside.
Great body. It seemed somewhat light on my first sip, but it thickened up after. Bubbly feeling. Crisp. Smooth. Full.
Tasty take on the style and a pleasure to try.

Slightly cloudy, amber body; nice carbonation; thick head, white, sticky, frothy; rings and flecks of foam cling to the glass. Very nice aroma; sweet caramel and toasted grains. Exquisite flavor; malty and sweet; caramel and light brown sugar; medium-light hop bitterness presence. Medium body; nice residual sugar feel; light stickiness and mildly chewy.
As another reviewer noted, there is s very slight haze or cloudiness to the beer, so likely unfiltered (although I can't find any info on that). Overall, the taste and mouthfeel and fantastic for the beer. It is a real joy to enjoy!

Really surprised this wasn't in the system yet. TRVE Brewing's "October Rust" festbier, in tribute to Type O Negative.
Pours out a translucent but hazy straw color. Clearly unfiltered, a "keller festbier", if you will. Small white head, decent retention.
Very distinctive aroma of raw sourdough, lemon balm, grass, and flowers. Very bready and floral.
Sourdough/white bread upfront, pale dough/bready, very minimal sweetness, faint candied lemon, grassy, herbal, floral. Rich doughy body, fairly dry for the style but not much bitterness. Faint hints of herbaceousness.
Quite possibly the best Festbier I've ever tried. A rustic keller festbier approach with maximum drinkability and flavor. Incredibly well done.
