Exceptional beer. Thiolized touch adds a uniqueness for this brew. Sort of bitter, yet a clean and dry finish. Notes of slight moldy bread and a lot of lemon. Noticeable after taste that is long and pleasant. Crushable IPA. Must try.

A "no-coast" IPA. Hopped with Saaz, Calypso, and Strata.
Slightly hazy but still translucent deep golden color, with a huge creamy white head. Highly carbonated. Excellent retention and lacing.
Wow, what a super unique aroma. Lychee, pear, white peach, and white tea. A little bit of lemon zest and maybe lemongrass also.
Hits upfront with that lychee, pear, white grape, and green tea. A little bit of peach, green mango, tart pineapple, and lemon peel. Crisp, crackery, grainy malt. Finishes bone dry and pretty clean. After a few sips, a slight earthy and citrus peel bitterness lingers on the tongue.
Highly carbonated, rolls quickly and zippily across the palate.
Superb. Crushable and refreshing. Finally, a unique IPA again!
