Dark golden color, translucent, slight haze to it. Small soapy white head; rather poor retention, although a ring sticks around. Spotty lacing; not much.
Smells like breakfast cereal. Corn pops.
Wow, tastes exactly like Kellogg's Corn Pops. The taste of spent grain, dried corn, honey, vanilla, communion wafer, and hinst of hay and grass coalesce to taste exactly like Corn Pops--albeit slightly less sweet, more grainy, hint of hops, and balanced. Touch of bitterness on the finish, hint of sweet, mostly clean.
Fully bodied than one would expect from a 4.9% lager. Perhaps double decoction? Medium-ish carbonation. Smooth as all get out.
Excellent take on craft Euro lager mash up with Czech pale lager. Recommended. Would buy again.

Crispy like this girl I used to know named Christy… Girl was a freak, and she never missed a beat. Not that I truly knew, because when I was around her I wasn’t flying solo. All said, she ended up with some dude named Fred. And good for her. And good for me. Because I’m drinking Goldhorn right now.

Pale yellow body, clear yet appearing unfiltered; lively carbonation; incredibly thick and frothy head, white and sculpted; spidery fingers of foam cling to the glass. Wheat cracker in the nose; mild floral presence. The taste also has a toasted wheat and cracker flavor; light esters provide a delicate fruitiness; light hop bitterness. Medium body; warm on the palate.
This fantastic beer delivers some excellent grain flavor with light floral and esters, all nicely complemented with a subtle hop bitterness.
Pouring temperature: 50 °F; canning info: n/a
