Soft, pale yellow body, clear; sparse carbonation; relatively thin, soapy, white head. Fantastic aroma of Nelson Sauvin grape-like notes and a spicy zestiness. Lightly tart flavor; lemony; white grape must; moderately intense bitterness. Medium-light mouthfeel; acidic with a mild dryness.
An interesting and relatively lightweight India pale ale that focuses on the hop profile more than anything else. The appearance and mouthfeel are okay, but the real interest falls within the aroma and taste of the beer.
