Clear and bright golden with tons of streaming bubbles and a big soapy white head. Amazing pillowy retention and sheets of lacing.
Beautiful aroma of pineapple, orange blossom, candied grapefruit, lemon. Smells incredible.
Flavors of pineapple, lemon candy, orange blossom, grapefruit zest, crackery malt. Grassy finish, almost no bitterness. Clean and dry.
Decent body, well carbonated, smooth.
Delicious beer. Cheers Trevor. You are sorely missed.

Light yellow body with a touch of haziness; so-so carbonation; thick head, white and sudsy. Nice aroma; light breadiness with some light floral and fruity ester notes. Pleasant taste; light malt flavor with a zesty herbal note; grassy; oregano; pepper. Medium mouthfeel with a smooth body; soft dryness at the finish.
A decent American pale ale, unassuming yet easy and pleasant enough to drink.
Pouring temperature: 43 °F; canning info: n/a
