Pale, clear, straw yellow pour; dense carbonation; thick, white head, semi-creamy texture, long lasting. Balanced, nuanced aroma; delicate grain notes; lightly floral character. Mild cereal grain base taste; delicate hop bitterness; a touch of biscuit and earthy spiciness. Generally light mouthfeel; crisp and semi-juicy.
This beer sample has been in a beer fridge in the garage for who knows how long , yet the overall appeal is quite appealing. There is a lightness and delicateness to things, not much rye presence per se, yet very satisfying overall.
Pouring temperature: 50.7℉; canning info: n/a
