On tap. Supposedly a hopped up kolsch.
I would never guess that this is a kolsch. After the fact you can taste the underlying base beer but the hops give it a unique funky quality. Definitely a unique tasting and enjoyable beer. Take some ABV out of it and this might be a great beach/lawn mower beer. 4.25
A - Pours a clear golden with a white head (not a typical kolsch head). 3.75
S - Aromas of sweet blossoms over top of some funky sourness. 4.0
T - Biscuits, funky, hoppy grass, piney, with some balancing sweetness and maltiness. 4.25
MF - Medium light body, dry with some sweet/tart leanings. A slightly tart finish that tickles the back of the throat. 4.0
