Clear, pale yellow body; dense carbonation; thick, frothy head, white and partially rocky with a thin creamy layer on top. Fine, complex nose; light grain infused with grassy notes and fruity esters; biscuit and cracker qualities; pear-like. Outstanding taste; cracker; clean; delicate hint of fruit; light hop bitterness. Medium body; crisp; a touch a warmth rounding things out.
TRVE continues making some fine, easy drinking lagers. I understand this beer to have been brewed at the New Image Brewing Co. production site. I hope this beer becomes a frequent offering over the coming years.
