this is money, especially for a brand new brewer. it is techinally dubbed an "india white ale" and fits that bill pretty well. pours perfectly clear light golden color. it has a one inch white head thats sturdy and lasting. bubbles casually float to the surface keeping the head alive. the nose is great, christmasy pine resin hops and a razor sharp quick finish. the flavor is fairly straight forward, with a great hop boquet and some pineapple notes that are executed without warning in this finish thats as quick as any. the body is light for a beer of this flavor magnitude, and the carbonation is great, a little more than normal keeps the beer bright. i could drink this all afternoon and night any day of the week. i am amazed that this is coming from such a new brewery and im sure it will garner the hype it deserves. its a nice fusion of styles, perfect for late summer, and a beer of immaculate clarity that i will look forward to drinking again soon.
