Look = Cloudy. Brown. Rich looking. Not much of a head. Plenty of legs.
Smell = Malty. Sweet. Slight Booziness.
Taste = Sweet on the front. Caramel. Can definitely taste the bourbon on the backend.
Feel = Smooth
Mike does a great job with darker beers. This bourbon barrel scotch is another testament to this fact. A nice beer for a cold day. You don't want to drink this on a warm. Get this beer and hold the glass in your hand for about 5-10 minutes to warm it up. If you're taking it home let it sit out for about 30 minutes then pour.
