On tap at ZwanzigZ on August 5, 2021. (Just now transferring my notes to BA.)
A - Deep copper amber color with a one finger thick, creamy layer of off-white foam and steady, moderate carbonation.
S - Light citrus pine and a delicate malt presence.
T - Nice fruity, hoppy presence with tropical fruit and a little over the top grapefruit bitterness with some piney sting on the backside. Ends more on the bitter side with some crackery caramel malt presence up front but quickly gets buried with a lingering fruity finish.
M - Big medium body with a soft carbonated texture and some dryness on the back of the tongue while the rest of the mouth remains wet.
O - A really nice drinking IPA that's fruit forward initially and balanced.
