A: Very pale muted yellow. Non-existant head even under encouragement. Medium carbonation.
S: MASSIVE honey and butterscotch aroma that mutes everything else, with that else being wheat and banana.
T: Hints of apple and bubblegum amind honey and wheat sweetness. Too sweet. Some more wheat malt through the middle with banana and floral hop finish.
M: Like flat seltzer water... watered down syrup feel.
D: This is not a hefeweizen but a pale wheat ale as Alexgash noted. No idea what they were going for but some reduction in the honey would certainly help.

This is not a hefeweizen and therefore I did not review it as such. It is an American pale wheat ale and a decent one.
Light straw, very pale; lotsa champagne-y bubbles. Big, cottony white head. Good lacing. Sweet, candyish wheat-malt aroma. Some bubblegum and banana with light ale fruitiness. Starts out very hefeweizen-y with soft wheat sweetness, bubblegum is obvious, banana Gerber moves to tangier, crisper fruit and citrus. Finish is banana bitter and dry. Not bad. Lively, creamy feel. Good summer quaffer/quencher.

Pretty odd. Lactic olivey nose, smelt infected. Thins, lightly tart/acid, but not a nice acidity, a very lactic milky one. A bit cheesy, and definitely both smelt and tasted like there was something wrong, infected? Cool looking label though. Shame about the beer though.
