A - poured into pint glasses. Golden orange, totally transparent. Tiny head, no lacing, but decent fizz apparent at first.
S - a little pale malt, not much else. Inoffensive but pretty bland.
T - sweet grains at first, then slightly sour (not as in "past its prime", not "tart") before turning completely to watery lifelessness.
M - a few bubbles try to liven things up but don't get far, pretty mediocre for a light lager
D - goes down easy enough, so long as you turn off your tastebuds. This is basically Corona with a Slovakian label and less carbonation.

to be honest I am not entirely sure whether I was drinking the 12° or the 10° (which might make a difference), however I had a few "Thirsty Monks" and to my memory all tasted pretty much the like ... a rather light example of Slovakian lagers, this was one of the favorites of my Australian mates travelling with me, but not mine (I am more into full or medium bodied brews) ... certainly a good thirst quencher on a hot summer afternoon ....

Olg gold color, quite dark; beautiful white foam, creamy.
Full malty smell, almost like a bavarian hell. Then some hop, anyway.
Quite malty in the taste too. Pleasant, quite, but not really fresh. Not so bad, maybe some boring.
Medium-light body, after all, quite full in the mouthfeel.
Malty, but it doesn't left many things to remember.
But also no defects.
