Nice golden color, slightly hazy (and cloudy at last pour). It made lots of head with low retention.
Aroma of malt and grassy hops, with strong notes of vanilla.
Light body with good carbonation and a zesty sensation.
Balanced beer, pale malt with a good deal of grassy hops. Aftertaste is mildly dry and bitter.
A very good pilsner. Refreshing, flavorful, and not sweet. Excellent option for Pilsners lovers. I don’t understand why in Brazil we cannot produce a decent pilsner like that with decent prices.

Consumed from a 600 ml bottle at Bier Vila in Blumenau, on to the beer:

There's a small ring of foam around the glass. Some haze is visible in the body of this darker blonde beer. The nose features fresh cut grass and a little honey, a reasonable combination.

Taste arrives clean at first, then a little fruitiness introduces itself. Quite grassy, and a dose of cereal grains finished it. Light on the palate with gentle carbonation, made for easy consunmption.

An agreeable, refreshing lager from Brusque's Zehn Bier. It quenched my thirst on a hot day.
