Third beer I tasted from the Catarinense Zehn who master bier was graduated in Munich.
Golden color with an abundant fluffy head with good retention and leaving some laces.
Aroma of grassy hops, oxidized lemon and pale malt.
Predominant flavor of grassy hops, malt sweetness and minerals. Hints of butter and condiments. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Medium body with perfect carbonation.
This is a well-executed Pilsen, true to its origins and bolder on hops and malt than their regular version.
