Copenhagen 19/2 2017. 35,5 cl bottle from Meny, Østerfælled torv, Kbh Ø. What looks like strange painting of an owl on the label.
Pours hazy golden yellow with white head. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of creamy foam. Lacing on the side of the glass.
Aroma of exotic fruit intermingling with citric orange.
Soft carbonation and medium thick texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a slightly more pronounced bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and fairly short.
Not much Wheat Ale over this - and if ypu look at the list of ingredients the classification seems kinda strange as well. But nice even though kind of thin.

Amber color with a thick head with good retention and leaving laces.
Citrusy aroma with notes of passion fruit, pine, oranges, grapefruit and a bit of malt sweetness.
Flavor with notes of pine, grapefruit, garlic, lemon, slightly toasted malts and white grapes. Dry aftertaste with a long lasting bitterness.
Light towards medium body with appropriate carbonation.
Good hoppy American IPA with a traditional recipe.
