Copenhagen 20/9 2018. 35,5 cl bottle from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh Ø. A orange (!) sheep on blue background on the label.
Pours hazy orange with medium-sized white head. Settles as thin layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Climbing up the side of the glass. Massive lacing.
Aroma is moderately strong. Fruity and citric. Sweet exotic fruit intermingling with stronger citric Grape fruit.
Strong carbonation. Soft, velvety yet lively and prickly texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is citric and bitter. Lingers shortly. Finish is semi dry.
Nice APA with a surprising intensity and bitterness. Good one.

Enjoyed on draft at a beer bar in Mexico City. Pours amber-golden, clarified, with a half-finger of rocky head on top. Very appealing pine and grass notes on the nose, modest peach and apricot fruit notes. On the palate, however, more astringency and bitterness than I'd like from an APA. Overall pretty solid, though, and would definitely appeal to hop heads.

On-tap at Capital Hop Shop, Sacramento, CA
A: The beer is slightly hazy yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high frothy white head that has good retention properties and consistently left a short head covering the surface and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of herbal hops are present in the nose along with notes of grassy hops.
T: The taste has light to moderate flavors of grassy and herbal hops with a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a little crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This APA is very easy to drink and has a good amount of flavors. I liked how the herbal hop flavors weren't "harsh" and more palatable than you would normally expect them to be.
Serving type: on-tap

Clear medium gold with a frothy off-white head.
Spicy citrus aroma and flavor. Well hopped. Hints of tangerine and grapefruit. A bit of melon as well. A solid dry malt body.
Strong carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel with a slight sweet onion garlic finish. Some dankness there.
A very good hoppy pale.
