Copenhagen 27/11 2018. 33 cl bottle from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh Ø. Strange Drawing of an Owl hanging out with a hop cone on the label. Seems to be quite a Love Affair.
Pours hazy, golden yellow with small-ish white head. Settles as thin layer just managing to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial Lacing.
Aroma is sweet, fruity, decay. Fermented exotic fruit. Peach and mango. Lighter citric notes. Distinct boozy odor of alcohol.
Medium strong carbonation. Medium thick, Soft, yet tingling texture.
Flavor has strong sweetness nicely balanced by medium bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with sweet undercurrent of decay. Light chili burn.
Mixing Chili and beer can get strange results. But this is a solid DIPA with a delicate touch of Chili.

Hazy amber honey color with a thick huge head with great retention.
Aroma with notes of fresh pine, spices, caramels and orange marmalade.
Flavor with notes of earthy and piney hops, some stone fruit, flower extract, spices, orange marmalade, caramel and toasted malts. Quite dry and bitter aftertaste.
Medium body with appropriate carbonation.
Bold Double IPA with lots of spices, pine and floral resiny notes. Big fight between sweet and bitter.
