Copenhagen 2/3 2018. 35,5 cl bottle from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh Ø. Crudely drawn pink(!) Owl charging what looks like waves on the label.
Pours hazy orange with a big white head. Settles as a dense, thick blanket of foam. Massive lacing.
Aroma is on the sweet side. Exotic fruit like peach and mango. Slightly fermented. Subdued citric notes.
Light but prickly carbonation and soft creamy texture.
Flavor is rather sweet in the fruity meaning of the word. Followed by fairly light bitterness for the style. Aftertaste is lightly bitter.
Quite pleasant and fruity although I miss a little bitterness. And I truly wonder what the pink Owl is chasing.

A bit confusing given this is a different brew than Buho Rompeolas, an wheat ale, and this American IPA has also a picture of Buho (owl) along with the same Rompeolas name. But, to the beer.
Amber color with a thick two finger head with great retention and leaving lots of laces.
Nice aroma with tropical notes of mango, passion fruit, yeast and a friendly pine.
Flavor with notes of pine, mango, resin, spices, caramel malt and grapefruit. Dry and bitter aftertaste. It feels bitter than its 35 IBUs.
Light to medium body with appropriate carbonation.
Resiny, piney and tropical American IPA.
