500 ml can from American Market, State St. Salem OR
$3.49
Pours a nice semi hazy golden coloured body, with a lovely thick and frothy white head.
Aroma of cloves, lemon, bread and fruits. Lovely.
Taste very much as the aroma suggested but with a slight astringent/spicy kick in the end. Very enjoyable.
Good medium bodied yet well carbonated mouth feel. Soft yet vigorous!
A lovely beer.

Look: Dull yellow and cloudy with a luscious white head that quickly erupts and slowly settles to a lid, leaving nice lacing behind
Aroma: Clove, banana, warm wheat bread, proofed dough, yeast, and some bubblegum
Taste: Opens up with a huge hit of silky smooth wheat malt and bread that feels as if it’s literally coating the tongue and quickly followed by waves of bubblegum and clove. More bread and banana shine in the middle before closing with yeast and more wheat, bread, clove, and bubblegum
Mouthfeel: Full, soft, silky smooth, medium-high carbonation, and smooth, full, and very soft on the finish
Overall: I dig it. This is a tasty and well-made Hefe Weissbier and one I’d never seen nor had before so decided to score one. It’s somewhat off-season for me as I typically enjoy this style in warmer weather months but it’s fun to throw your palate curveballs once in a while. Smooth, wheat bread heavy, nice ester profile that doesn’t dominate, and a nice overall feel make this a winner in my book. Prost!

Good beer. Unfiltered, cloudy but light, gold color. Creamy yeast head at the brim, notes of banana, wheat, light clove. I'd say it leans to a more creamy/yeast brew. Very good.

16oz can. Poured out a cloudy, golden yellow color with a small, white head of bubbly foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of lemon, yeast, banana and clove. Sweet wheat taste with banana, clove and some tart lemon.

Can. Beautiful straw gold haze with long lasting dense head and some lace, a beautiful beer. Medium banana aroma with wheaty tang and hints of clove. Medium light sweetness but very very fruity and a little tart. Medium-light herbal and minerally finish. Medium-light body and soft carbo.

Canned 2022/03/07
Pours a crazy large foamy 4+ finger head that forces me to stop pouring early, good retention and soapy lacing, crystal clear pale golden tan color
Nose big doughy creamy wheat, some honey and bread dough, vanilla icing, citrus, fruity esters, citrus, pear, a hint of clementine, some banana as it warms
Taste brings more doughy wheat, creamy bread dough and honey cake, vanilla icing, orange cream notes with clementine and general citrus, fruity esters with a little pear and banana, light phenol spices, touch of bitter spicy hop, dry soft finish with lingering mild bitterness
Mouth is med to a bit lighter bod, a bit creamy although less than I expected, I guess since it's helle, med to higher frothy carb
Overall not bad, hot as rich as a hefeweizen as the helle would make it lighter, plenty of the nice characters
