Pours a slightly cloudy golden coloration with a large, frothy head. Smell is sweet, grainy malt and grassy hops. Taste is a good balance of sweet, doughy malt and bitter, grassy hops with light notes of grains and citrus. Finishes with dry, light/medium bitterness and some citrus in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
Nothing too special, but a well-balanced Zwickl with a rather nice, almost creamy mouthfeel.
