Had this at the brewery's tasting room after a tour of the brewery. Fresh as can be.

From the 0,33l bottle, it pours a clear light yellow color with a large, slowly diminishing, white head that does leave lacing. The nose gets grain and grassy hops. The mouth follows with a bitter beginning, leading into a pleasantly malty flavor leaving a mild slightly bitter aftertaste. Honestly, very drinkable German Pils.

Very carbonated, a beautiful clearish yellow which reminds me of some cream sodas.
S: Malty and hoppy! Slightly sweet.
T: Nice and bitter! Very bitter for a German beer, yet it there's a lighter, slight sweet taste in there as well, very pleasant. The malt doesn't register so much in the taste.
M: very smooth and bubbly going down.
D: This beer certainly stands out to me among German Pilsners. It tastes great, very carbonated, I will definitely buy again.

Deep blonde color, lightly veiled. Two fingers of a white anc compact foam.
Hoppy smell, quite fresh, with hay and white flowers. Not bad.
A beautiful bitterness in the taste, fresh and pleasant. Good hopping.
In the background, an almost biscuit maltiness.
Light in body, bitter aftertaste, not too long.
