A: The head is huge on this. An inch of beer for four fingers of head initially. Off white in color, the retention is good and leaves a ton of sticky lacing.
S: Tropical, mango fruity hops dominate the aroma with some citrus and coriander in there as well. Certainly fruit forward, as not much bitterness or malt are found at all. Insane fruitiness, love it.
T: The taste continues the characteristics of the aroma. The issue is the flavor just drops off into the abyss after the initial tastes. It just goes away. A bit more bitter and citrus, with tropical fruits underneath. Sweet and tasty, just wish it had something else.
MF: Light body with too much carbonation. Crazy drinkable with a dry finish. It seems to be a bit thin.
Value: This was a gift, so I think the it's pretty valuable. Will never complain about getting the first bottles from a new brewery!
O: The taste just isn't there enough for me. This was an interesting IPA, and I loved the fruit, it's just not over the top good.
