Copied form my Trip Advisor review

Stopped in for a growler after seeing the bridge. While I was tasting a waitress got some crayons & paper to entertain the kiddo. Went with the big house brown. Will have to try the food next time if our schedule allows.

Nice new (at this time) place on main street. Neat brick interior and nice appearance. Apps were good, we had the wings and green chili cheese fries along with our beers. Hope the place stays around, it's a definite draw to the town.

Well for all the hype on the reviews online, I expected it to be insanely busy. But then we were there on a Tuesday night, so perhaps this lack of insanity is just run of the mill weekday business. It's got a fair number of customers, but it's not packed.

Right away I got served with a beer, and my party (which included children) got seated. Our drinks were quickly at our table and our food orders taken. The salads and soups came fast. So far, so good. My nephew commented on the soup being delicious, and he sure did eat it fast!

Interesting collection of beer cans and bottles from anywhere from yesteryear to antiquity. Schlitz tall boy cans, from back when a can was a CAN, very solid with a seam at top and bottom, and Rogue Elephant beer in a can? Neither me nor the bartender could figure that one out.

The burger I ordered was quite good, plenty big enough, and they didn't skimp on the bleu cheese, and the chili was real nice (not too hot but good and spicy). Other stuff ordered was a fish sandwich (ranked as tasty) and the shrimp, which was ranked by my nephew as "fantastic."

Overall, plenty of food for the money, good beer, friendly service. Not the top brewpub/restaurant I've ever been in, but a very nice and pleasant place for a meal and a few beers when visiting Colorado.

Got a growler of the main street wheat to go.
