A: crystal clear; deep gold in color; 1 finger finely pored off white head that receded to a wispy cap; nice lacing;

S: corn; earthy; spicy;

T: malt driven, but with a moderate bitterness behind it throughout; floral hops for a moment at the beginning; as it warmed, the bitterness dropped away;

M: medium bodied; moderate carbonation; moderately dry finish;'

O: interesting in that the hops in the flavor were expressed as bitterness only, resulting in a malty beer with bitter backbone;
