A: appears opaque and very dark brown, but if held to the light, it's crystal clear with beautiful mahogany highlights; a 1 finger finely pored tan head that receded to a wispy cap with a thick collar; nice lacing;

S: roasted grain, milk chocolate, and cola;

T: roasted grain, milk chocolate, cola, and pumpernickel bread; some malty sweetness that is balanced at the end by mild bitterness;

M: medium bodied; moderate carbonation; moderately dry finish; smooth;

O: nice complexity; pairs well with a lot of foods;
