A: slight haze; medium gold in color; 1 finger finely pored ivory head that receded to a wispy cap with a thick collar; light lacing;
S: strawberry with grapefruit and passionfruit;
T: follows the nose through the middle, then adds a bit of coconut through the mildly bitter finish;
M: medium bodied; moderate carbonation; moderately dry finish;
O: Strata is not one of my favorite hop varieties, but this was a nice showcase for it;
