22oz. bottle served in a shaker pint. Bottled November 2, 2014. Pours a dull burnt orange hue with a hazy clarity and a loose, quarter inch, bright white head. Nose expresses light, candied tangerine notes and a medicinal quality. Taste consistent with nose with a slight grainy character towards the back and just a trace of medicinal bitterness lingering between quaffs. Mouthfeel is light-medium with a pleasant, even carbonation just shy of prickly and a slight astringency. Overall, a pretty decent brew. I like it primarily because it doesn't overemphasize the belgian IPA bitterness.

A: Medium gold color with orange, maybe even slight peach haziness. Small head even in tulip glass. (3.5/5)
S: Strong perfumes. Sweet bubblegum from yeast along with light apple and pear esters. Slight ethanol after fumes. Dried mango and pineapple sweetness. Light and sublimely tropical fruit sweetness. Very attractive (4.5/5)
M: Moderate body and carbonation. Hefty with a gelatinous feel. Doesn't get in the way, but not outstanding (3.5/5).
T/O: Floral and herbal bitterness. Light, grassy and delicate. Grapefruit, dandelion bitterness, pear fruit, apple. Sensing some amarillo hops with light citra? More bubblegum as it warms. Worth a try if in area. (4/5)
