"Australian Stella hop used exclusively...floral with subtle hints of anise, lemony. Pale ale malt."
Pours dark golden yellow with nice thick white head. Some lacing.
Nose is floral hop with some spice, and clean.
Taste is sharp with a hop bight, and decent amount of bitterness. Anise spice note definitely present. Clean mouthfeel.
My friend said it was "amazing". I couldn't agree more. Hope the brewer continues this one.
