"...loads of caramel malts balanced by Centennial hops, and dry hopped."
Deep copper colored with a nice thick white head.
Aroma is somewhat sweet on the nose with a nice hoppiness.
Taste comes in sweet at first. The sweetness from the malt is very evident. Almost creamy. Followed by a nice balanced hop note. Perfect.
Mouthfeel is creamy, firm and luscious. I could drink this all night, if not for the higher abv. But no complaints.
Outstanding.
