Appearance: Arrives with an amber color capped by an inch of foam that leaves some strands of lacing
Smell: Spicey and peppery, with a tart apple aspect
Taste: The yeasty phenols dominate the front end, bringing peppery spice to the bready base flavor; tart apple and earthy hop flavors build from the middle to the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: A very nice BPA with good spice and fruit flavors
