Appearance is light yellow/beige with minimal head. Cloudy as expected.
Aroma is lightly floral with some lemony scents wafting, ...and a hint of smoke?
Taste/Mouthfeel is ....slight lemon, lime citrus, tart. Again, some smoke, and an overall harshness. Bitter for a wit. Does not have the characteristic soft/smoothness that a witbier typically has. Something unpleasant about this beer. I swear there's rye in this batch (?!). Lack of fluffy head is unusual. This one is a big miss for me from an otherwise solid brewer.
