Dive down the rabbit hole to find snappy notes of coriander seeds and orange peel, with distinctive clove spice lurking from beneath, reminiscent of truths waiting to be unveiled. The authentic Belgian haze envelops you as you pour this golden Blanche and it mirrors the cloudiness of Chemtrails sprayed in our atmosphere to control our minds—thankfully its just suspended wheat proteins, not a world ruled by lizards trying to control you.

A- This pours a lovely yeast suspended cloudy light golden color, with hues of amber/orange and brass hiding in the background. The head starts out about one finger thick of dense, relatively white foam and settles gently into a swirling mass that stays over a good 80% of the brew. It would appear that the carbonation is plentiful and the lacing is modestly sticky to the inside of the glass, creating snow capped mountains in the process.

S- Citrus zest envelopes my nose, with juicy mandarin orange, tangerine, pomelo and hints of lime.....corriander spice, dry grassy aromas, wheat malt and muted bittering hops round out the finish, making this smell like a milder version of an original Belgian Wit!

T- Flavors follow suit to the aromas well, with a focus on the orange, due to the inclusion in the recipe....it is juicy, fresh and just slightly tart! Mild peppery spice, brought on by the coriander, is also noticeable, along with wheat malt, caramel sweet barley malt, and just a slightly puckering hop bitterness to finish off the flavor profile....overall it is tasty!

M/O- This has a medium-light body and the carbonation is relatively smooth, yet with some zing to it....the flavors are lively, if not slightly underwhelming, but with that said, this is a crushable beer that I would have no problem enjoying a couple of in a session, or enjoying any time....nice overall!
