Our Tripel has a sunny golden-orange color with rocky white head. A complex, mild spice accentuates a light fruity-ester aroma while the overall hop aroma remains low. The use of pale malts result in a brisk malty palate containing a hint of sweetness in the center, but with a light dry finish. Hop bitterness is medium and tends to equalize the balance of malt. The alcohol strength and flavor is clearly evident. Our Tripel’s medium body and high alcohol content contribute a pleasant vanilla like creaminess. This beer is highly carbonated to bring flavor to the forefront. As this beer warms, its flavors flourish.

16oz canned 2-2-21, opened 9-19-21.
2 finger white head, very good retention and leaves nice lacing as it falls.
Bright, glowing golden color with good clarity.
Light spice and yeast up front in the aroma, apricot or orange marmalade follow, giving this an interesting character.
Clove, bubble gum, red apple, lots of fruit beyond that but nothing I can single out/describe.
Full body, soft carbonation with a creamy, round mouthfeel. Some heat at 11% with an off-dry finish.
Very Good.

Had it on tap at the brewery. Golden yellow color with nice head and good lacing. Sweet spice smell and taste. This includes cloves. There is flavors of sweet apples and pears and a bit of crackers! Nice tripel profile, good representation of the type.

It's funny, you read the description of a what a Triple is and to me it seems Peticolas read a book and made the beer per the standard definition of a Belgian Triple. That may sound like criticism, but to me it a compliment. In my very novice opinion, they nailed it.

Pours out a clear deep gold not much white head.
Fruity, spicy, sweet with some bubblegum.
Sweet and fruity along the lighter pear and apple line with a mango edge. Clove spiciness.
Has some light tingly carb but could use a touch more. Body is spot on though.
Really nice beer which one would expect from Peticolas.

The aroma is very sweet and the taste follows the nose. A very tasty beer that has finally come around again. The sweetness may be too extreme for some but I love it. Way to go Peticolas! It’s a nice break from the IPA’s I have been drinking lately.
