I just had this local recently released West Coast IPA with a crystal malt base and Centennial, Chinook and Simcoe hops. I thought it was pretty good. A success.
Look: semi-clear light golden with a half inch white head
Aroma: tangerine, orange, pine resin
Flavor: tropical fruit, mango, tangerine, grapefruit, floral, some pine resin. As for bitterness it is pretty standard for a Westcoast IPA. I don't know IBU but I would guess 75.
Body: light to medium body, refreshing
