16oz canned 5-14-21, opened 7-31-21.
2" white head with a fine bead and long retention.
Opaque and glowing golden color. Early, sticky lacing as the head falls.
High tone red grapefruit, orange peel, mango, and a touch dank in the nose.
Similar flavors as in the aroma...some citrus and a little tropical.
Medium body and carbonation, soft mouthfeel and about 50% more bitterness than expected from the look and smell and mouthfeel - all the of those = NEIPA, the bitterness is closer to a WCIPA so I tagged this as an American IPA.
