A wave of sliced oranges, lemon zest and fresh pine compliment soft malt in this timeless IPA. Hand selected by our brewers on a trip to the Yakima Valley, Centennial hops steal the show.

It's a nice malty IPA with some distinct flavors and some sweet smelling. Not real hoppy but some lingering spicy bitterness. This undated can might not be doing this beer justice as freshness matters.

Look: golden/amber or orange, with a big slightly off-white fluffy head
Aroma: citrus, pine resin
Flavor: biscuit, citrus, orange peel, and then there is a moderate pine resin like bitterness. Maybe it could have been a little bit more bitter, but it is a good beginner IPA.
Body/overall: medium body, easy drinking

16oz can with no freshness date. Opened 9-15-22.
Orange-gold and hazy body with some floaties and a 2 finger off white head on top. The head retains very well and leaves some early lacing. Doughy malt with a pine and citrus aroma. Orange peel and pine flavors - hops provide a hefty bitterness along prominent bread dough malt note. Full body with medium carbonation and a prickly mouthfeel. Maybe a bit too bitter for the overall package here - first impression. Good to Very Good.
