The Grand Cru is brewed in celebration of our first 10 years serving North Texas craft beer lovers. Our epic Tripel twist features Belgian candi sugar, orange peel and a fruit-forward Belgian yeast. "Thank you for 10 years!"

16oz can with no date, purchased at the brewery in January. Opened 3-8-25.
1 finger off white head with good retetnion, holds as a solid cap. Amber golden body, bright with good clarity.
Wispy and spotty lacing.
Honey, bready, plus yeast driven fruit and spice in the aroma.
Swirling, heady, bready and spicy flavors.
Full bodied with a slick, oily mouthfeel. Definite warming quality at 12%. Some initial sweetness followed by a lengthy clean and off dry finish.
