On tap at the brewery taproom in Portland.
Golden honey color: looks like light honey once the head dies off.
Quite tart and nicely fruity.
Some green apple in the aroma and again in the finish.
Very dry.

Had on tap at the brew pub in Portland.
No real head, streaming bubbles, crystal clear light tan color.
Nose tart wheat, apple like dry almost sour tart apple, skin flesh, hint esters, apple skin, light malt almost no sour funk or malt.
Taste brings tart apple, sweet like apple cider, little funk, sour apple funk, tart apple flesh skin, candy notes, acetylalehyde notes, tangy, very light grainy, sticky flemmy finish, mild tart sour apple.
Mouth med to lighter bod, nice carb at least. Fair acidity.
