This is described as the fresh-hop seasonal, brewed this time with Azacca hops within "a couple of hours of being picked." Cloudy appearance with long-lasting sticky foam. Bold aroma of peach. Flavors of mango, pine, and orange juice. Scratchy astringency in the aftertaste mars what woud be a mellow fruit-and-hop experience.
This is certainly one of the better hazy-style IPAs. Acidity, while pronounced, is not such a detriment as usual. Fruity and sharp with endless aromatics. From the 16 oz can purchased at New Seasons. Brewing date is 09/17/2021.
