On tap at Hop City, Birmingham.
A: Ink black. A tan one-finger head that dissipates to little bubbles. Thick lacing.
S: Chocolate and coffee roar through the underbrush, looking for prey.
T: A sweet, robust bear of a bear with terrific coffee and chocolate balance. Smooth, hearty.
M: Medium to heavy with medium carbonation.
O: A great porter. I bought a bottle afterwards and aged it for 3 months. I think it was skunked. Had a sour finish. I still remember the fantastic tap pour at Hop City. Would drink again.

Served in a pint glass at Dram.
This brown-black beer is opaque, and promising. It smells like chocolate milk. It tastes like chocolate milk, heavy on the chocolate! Roasted and sweet. Delicious. I thoroughly enjoy this. Recommended. Would have again.

Poured from 22 oz bomber into tulip.
A: Dark brown with two finger off white head that disappeared quite quickly. Little or no lacing.
S: Milk chocolate, roasted coffee beans, malts. A bit of piney hops.
T: Semi-sweet chocolate mixed with some bitter coffee.
M: Full bodied but quite dry. A little more carbonated that I was expecting.
O: A fairly nice porter. The chocolate flavors are a nice touch.
