Singularity is a series dedicated to exploring the intricacies of the hop. Each batch is brewed with the same grain bill and yeast and one variety of humulus lupulus. Hopping rates are adjusted to provide the same level of bitterness across all beers in this series. Come explore with us as we jump from new world to old and discover the flavors grown halfway across the planet & in our own back yard.

Sampled at Community Beer Works in Buffalo, NY.
Copper dark orange pour, not much head or lacing.
Smells very piney, with some catty aromas, along with over-ripe oranges.
The taste is similar. Ripe fruit flavors, orange and pineapples, with some dank pineyness that I'm quite enjoying. Don't get as much of a catty flavor as the aroma. Mild bitterness.
Light to medium bodied, well carbonated, and very drinkable.
A good little hop experiment from them, would like to try more in the series.
