On tap at Blue Monk in Buffalo, NY.

This one pours a light straw yellow, a little bit hazy, with a quarter inch head, and some slight lacing.

This smells like melon, orange, fresh cut grass, and some pine.

This is a really nice IPA from a brewery that certainly does it well. There's a really fresh wet hop character, with some dry pine and a bit of earthy hop character, offset by a really nice zesty juiciness- melon, grapefruit and orange fruity hops are in full force.

This is medium bodied, light on the tongue but still substantial. There's a moderate level of carb, and a really juicy mouthfeel.

Really nice work here- great showcase for Simcoe.
